How to save only some pages of a PDF
To make a new file from just the pages you need, split the PDF by page range. The Split PDF tool on this site creates a new PDF containing only the range you choose, inside your browser.
1. Steps
- Add the PDF.
- Choose the page range to keep.
- Run the split and save the new PDF.
2. Check before you start
- Password-protected PDFs can't be split.
- The printed page number can differ from the viewer's page number (a cover page can shift it by one or two). Use the viewer's numbers for the range.
3. Check afterwards
- Make sure the first and last pages are the ones you wanted.
- Bookmarks and form fields may not carry over.
- If you leave out pages for privacy, check that their content isn't repeated on other pages.
