This policy explains what information TableIntact (https://tableintact.com, "the Site") handles and how.

1. Your files are never uploaded

PDF files you convert and the conversion results are processed inside your browser and are not uploaded to our servers. Connection data collected by advertising and analytics services is described separately in Section 3.
We cannot see the contents of your files and we do not store them.
When you close the browser tab, the conversion data is cleared from your browser's memory.

The Site has no sign-up, no login and no contact form. We do not directly collect your name, contact details or other personal information.
If you email us, we receive your email address and message. We use them only to reply, and delete them within one year after the conversation ends unless the law requires us to keep them longer.

The Site shows Google AdSense ads to cover its running costs.
Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this Site or other websites.
When a page with ads loads, your browser sends Google information such as the page address and your IP address. To learn how Google uses this information, see:

Google collects and processes this information under its own policies. We do not receive or store it. We only see aggregate reports such as ad earnings by country or page.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see aggregate statistics such as visit counts and popular pages.
Cloudflare states that it does not use cookies for these analytics and does not track individual users. We only see aggregate, non-identifying numbers.

The Site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process connection data such as IP addresses to deliver and secure the Site.

Visitors from the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked for consent before advertising cookies are used for personalized ads. Visitors from certain US states are shown the choices their state laws provide, including opting out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for targeted advertising.
Consent is managed with a Google-certified consent management platform. You can change your choices at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page.

Legal bases:
- Personalized advertising cookies: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time via "Cookie settings".
- Replying to your emails: our legitimate interest in answering you (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Security and delivery of the Site (hosting logs): our legitimate interest in keeping the Site working and secure (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Your rights: You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent. To exercise them, email [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
International transfers: Google and Cloudflare may process data outside your country, including in the United States, under their own transfer safeguards described in their privacy policies.

The Site is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Files are never sent to our servers, which removes the risk of files leaking from our side.
The Site is served only over encrypted HTTPS.
