1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the PDF tools (converting PDF to Excel, Word and PowerPoint, and merging, splitting and compressing PDFs; "the Service") provided by TableIntact (https://tableintact.com, "the Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms.

2. The Service

  1. The Service is free and requires no account.
  2. Conversion happens inside your browser. Your files are not uploaded to our servers. See the Privacy Policy for details.
  3. The Site shows advertising to cover its running costs.

3. Check your results

  1. PDFs are built in many different ways. Converted tables, numbers or text may differ from the original.
  2. The following files may not convert, or may convert inaccurately:
    • scanned or photographed PDFs (text stored as images)
    • password-protected PDFs
    • documents that contain no tables
  3. Always compare the result with the original before using it for tax, accounting, legal or other important purposes.

4. Prohibited use

You must not:

  1. send abnormally high volumes of automated requests to the Site;
  2. click ads deliberately, ask others to click them, or otherwise abuse the advertising;
  3. interfere with the normal operation of the Site;
  4. use the Service in violation of law, for example to convert documents you have no right to use.

5. Changes to the Service

We may change or discontinue features or the Service. Where possible, we will announce significant changes or discontinuation on the Site in advance.

6. Limitation of liability

  1. The Service is provided free of charge. We do not guarantee that conversions will be accurate for every PDF.
  2. We are not liable for losses caused by using converted results without checking them against the original. This does not apply to losses caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
  3. External sites reached through ads are the responsibility of the advertisers.
  4. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the laws that apply to you as a consumer.

7. Intellectual property and open source

  1. The Site's design, text and software belong to the operator. Open-source components included in the Site are governed by their own licenses.
  2. Open-source notices: https://tableintact.com/en/licenses/
  3. Your files and the conversion results remain yours (or their original rights holders'). We claim no rights in them.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. This does not take away the protection of mandatory consumer laws in the country where you live.

  1. We will post any changes to these terms on the Site with a new effective date.
