About
TableIntact is a collection of tools for everyday document work. It started as a tool for moving tables from PDFs into Excel, and now also offers merge, split and compress for PDFs, and PDF to Word and PowerPoint. Every tool processes files inside your browser, and your PDF files and results are not uploaded to a server. The site does collect visit information for ads and statistics. It is free to use without signing up.
Why it exists
Copying a table out of a PDF and pasting it into Excel often shifts the columns or leaves numbers stored as text. We built a PDF-table-to-Excel tool first to reduce that hassle, then added other document tasks people often need alongside it.
The tools today
Organize PDFs
- Merge PDF: Combines several PDFs into one, in the order you choose.
- Compress PDF: Shrinks the photos and scanned images inside a PDF to reduce file size.
- Split PDF: Splits a PDF by page range, or extracts only the pages you need.
Convert PDFs
- PDF to Word: Converts a PDF to a Word (.docx) file, keeping text, tables and stamps in the same place on each page.
- PDF to Excel: Turns tables in a PDF into an Excel (.xlsx) file, keeping cells, merged cells and borders.
- PDF to PowerPoint: Makes one slide per PDF page, either as an exact picture of the page or as editable slides (text boxes and tables).
How your files are handled
- Your PDF files and results are not uploaded to a server. Conversion happens inside the browser that has this page open.
- Each tool runs in an isolated frame that is separate from the rest of the page. Ad and visit-statistics code is only on the site page outside that frame.
- You can check for yourself that files are not uploaded. See How to check that your file is not uploaded.
- This site does collect visit information (cookies and similar) for ads and statistics. What it handles and how is described in the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Notice.
How it stays free
Every feature is free. The cost of running the site is covered by ads shown on the pages. Ads are labelled "Advertisement", and we do not use ad pop-ups or notification prompts (in some regions a cookie consent window is shown). Ads are not placed right next to where you add a file or the button you use to download the result.
